Fees

• Occupational Therapy Assessment $150.00/hour
  • Test administration, scoring, report preparation, and interpretation of results to parents/school personnel.
• Treatment & Consultation $150.00/hour
• Group Rates Vary

• Travel Time for Services Provided Off Site $40.00/hour
